It's winter 1942, and a heavy fall of snow has turned George Square into a wonderland, making it look more like the Russian Front than the West Coast of Scotland.
Look over the lady on the right's shoulder, and you'll see the snow-covered outline of the public air-raid shelter that used to sit in the Square.
